My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms seemed like they hadn't been updated in 20 years with old furniture and a poorly maintained bathroom. The cleanliness from the reception to the room was subpar, making the overall experience unpleasant. On the positive side, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially during the check-in process.

The hotel is nice and strategic in the middle of KL city, with spacious rooms that are comfy enough for a small family, but slightly outdated. The service is overall friendly but needs to improve attention to detail. The location is convenient and close to attractions, including shopping areas and eating spots. The dining experience may not cater well to all dietary preferences. The facilities are decent but could use some updates.
